General Terms and Conditions

For more than 25 years, we have been providing a most comprehensive guarantee for
customer satisfaction: If you are not entirely satisfied with our product, we will refund
your purchase price in full.

We are required by law to state our general terms of sales. So, here they are:

General Terms of Sale:

1. General Information / Sales Agreement
Sales contracts do not require a written confirmation by Projektwerkstatt GmbH.

2. Prices and Terms of Payment
a) All charges are in accordance with the list prices for the products at the time of the order.
b) Prices are in Euro and include VAT (value added tax). Prices for orders at
www.teekampagne.ch are in Swiss Franc.
c) Invoices are due immediately and payable net, without deductions. A transaction is not
completed until Projektwerkstatt GmbH has received the payment. Bills of exchange and
checks are accepted by prior arrangement and restricted to the fulfillment of payment. They
are valid only when cashed. Discounts and collection expenses are charged to the
customers. We are not liable for timely submission.
d) Buyers have the right to withhold payment only if their claim is based on the same
contract, and if their claim has been legally verified or accepted by us.

3. Delivery Time
a) The agreed-upon delivery time starts with the confirmed order.
b) Delays in delivery caused by legal and/or official proceedings, such as restrictions on
import and export, may extend the delivery time. We will inform the customer about the
beginning and ending of such proceedings immediately.
c) If delays in delivery are due to minor negligence caused by us, our liability is restricted to
the expected damage. Further claims for compensation only exist if the delay in delivery
was caused intentionally or by major negligence.

4. Delivery, Shipping, Transition of Risk
a) Partial shipments are permitted within reason.
b) If the customer does not give us particular instructions, the choice of delivery service and
means of shipping and transportation are within our discretion.
c) As soon as DHL or another courier service delivers the order items to the customer, all
risks and responsibilities pass on to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to
report all delivery damages to the delivery agent, and to Projektwerkstatt GmbH.

5. Cancellation Policy, Guarantee of Satisfaction
The right to cancel orders is regulated by the Fernabsatzgesetz (FernAbsG). Apart from
these official rules and regulations, Projektwerkstatt GmbH offers a comprehensive
guarantee of satisfaction: if you do not like what you have ordered, please return the item;
we will refund the purchase price, or exchange or replace the item.

6. Return of Unwanted Items
Projektwerkstatt GmbH retains the option not to demand the return of unwanted items, or to
refuse them if returned.

7. Property
The items purchased remain our property until fully paid for (payment includes all extra
charges such as interest, or finance charges). If the customer does not adhere to the terms
of the purchase agreement, we are entitled to reclaim the ordered items.

8. Restrictions on Liability
a) We are not liable for damages or defects that result from unsuitable, improper, or careless
handling, or from not following directions for use. This applies especially for inappropriate or
unsuitable storage.
b) Obvious defects need to be reported in writing immediately, and not later than 10 work
days after the day of delivery. If these conditions are not met, no claims will be admitted.
In business transactions paragraphs 377 and 387 of the HGB also apply.
c) If the items purchased are obviously defective, we are required to replace them. This
does not apply if the defects were caused intentionally or by major negligence.
d) If not agreed upon otherwise, further claims by the customer are excluded. Restrictions
on liability do not apply under the following circumstances: if the damage was done with
intent, or by culpable negligence; if the quality was not as promised; if contractual
obligations were violated; if there were significant delays in rendering services; in case of
rights according to paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Produkthaftungsgesetz (product liability law).

9. Use of Customer Data and Data Security
All processing of information submitted to us is regulated by and complies with the Federal
Data Protection Law (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and the Telecommunications Law
(Telemediengesetz, TMG). Data necessary for processing your order are stored securely and
passed on to service agencies employed by us to fulfill your order.
